Our team pressure washed the concrete floors of 3 different parking garages at the Property. Each Garage had 5 levels. It was a huge project and a very complicated one due to all the resident traffic. Our team did an amazing job of cleaning the concrete floors from top to bottom. The surface was solution treated prior to washing to make sure we were able to get to the bottom of all build up on the surfaces such as the engine oil spots, gum spots, etc. Our clients were very impressed with our work, as well as how professional our team was with working around residents coming in and out.
